We understand that choosing a fragrance online isn’t always easy, which is why we offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.

If the scent isn’t right for you, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions below.

To be eligible:

• The fragrance should only be lightly used (a few sprays)
• The bottle and packaging must be in good condition

Please note: refunds are only available in case of a defective product.

To help you choose with confidence, we highly recommend trying our Discovery Box first. It’s the easiest way to explore our scents and find the one that truly matches you before committing to a full-size bottle.

Examples of product defects covered by this policy include:

• Broken or malfunctioning atomizer
• Receiving a different fragrance than ordered
• Damaged or broken bottle
• Visible impurities in the liquid

For any product issue, message us on Instagram as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. This voluntary policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable Egyptian consumer-protection law.

Each fragrance description includes an estimate for projection and longevity. Actual performance can vary with skin chemistry, weather, temperature, and application.

Your nose can also become accustomed to a fragrance over time, so you may notice it less even while others can still smell it.

Delivery usually takes 2–4 business days from order confirmation.

All orders are carefully packed to arrive safely. You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships, so you can follow it.
