At Avo Fragrances, we create scents that feel personal — every fragrance is its own unique journey.
We understand that choosing a fragrance online isn’t always easy, which is why we offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery.
If the scent doesn’t match your taste, or if the performance (longevity or projection) feels different from what we described, you can request an exchange within 7 days.
To be eligible:
The fragrance should only be lightly used (a few sprays)
The bottle and packaging must be in good condition
Please note: refunds are only available in case of a defective product.
To help you choose with confidence, we highly recommend trying our Discovery Box first. It’s the easiest way to explore our scents and find the one that truly matches you before committing to a full-size bottle.
In the rare case you receive a defective item, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. This includes:
Broken or malfunctioning atomizer
Receiving a different fragrance than ordered
Damaged or broken bottle
Visible impurities in the liquid
If you experience any issue, please contact us via Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order, with clear photos and a brief explanation.

Fragrance Performance
At Avo Fragrances, our focus is on quality, purity, and staying true to the original scent. Our creations are designed to last and perform almost like the originals and above too.
Sometimes, you might notice it fades a bit sooner or doesn’t project as much — this can happen because of your nose getting used to it, the fabric you sprayed, or things like weather, sweat, or wind.
Shipping & Delivery
At Avo Fragrances, most orders arrive the next day, but depending on your location, delivery can take up to 4–5 days.
All orders are carefully packed to arrive safely. You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships, so you can follow it.
